5. Once you have clicked on the ''Add to Cart'' you will briefly see that your order has gone into the shopping cart and you will be returned to the page you were ordering from.
6. If you wish to have add further photos enhanced repeat the above steps 1-4.
7. When you are ready to complete your order and pay click on the 'checkout' icon ,or to see what is in your cart go to View basket and then choose 'checkout' from there. Complete your name and address and accept the terms and conditions and then click NEXT.The next page will ask you to confirm the delivery address. You will then be directed to the secure Netbanx Website from where you can pay by credit or debit card.
8. Once Netbanx has confirmed that a secure payment has been authorised, click 'Next' which will return you to our web site, where you will see your Receipt with full order details including your ORDER NUMBER. We suggest you print this information for your records.
9. You will receive an order confirmation email within a few minutes from sales@fixphotos which will include your order number. You MUST add this order number to the subject of your email when sending digital pictures for enhancement by email, and either enclose a printed copy of the email, or write the ORDER NUMBER on any correspondence that you include with your photographs in the post.
10. You need to send your photos as soon as possible ideally within 2 days of ordering. If posting a CD or memory card please make sure it is labelled with your order number and name.
