 How do I send my photographs
ACTUAL PHOTOGRAPHS
If you have actual photos to send please send this by signed for delivery to the address opposite.
If the photo are of special value we suggest that you use Royal Mail special delivery service.
DIGITAL PHOTOS BY EMAIL
If you have digital photos that you need enhancing please send the files by email to the email address below.

Digital camera files should be a copy of the original photo produced by the camera rather than one that has been reduced or changed in any way.
RESTORED PHOTOS BY EMAIL
If you have access to a scanner and wish to scan you original photograph yourself and send us the file instead, you need to scan your picture at 300dpi and at a size of approx 6"x4" (depending on the shape of the photo) and then save the file on your computer.
You can now send the file by email to. photos@fixphotos.co.uk
If the file is too large to send by email please save this to a CD or memory card and send this to our address shown above. (These will be returned with your photos.)

How will you return my photos.
All photos and prints of restored pictures will be returned by signed for 1st class delivery.

Who are NETBANX?
NETBANX are our online credit card bureaux who process our credit card payments. They process securely all the credit card transactions through their site. Click on the word NETBANX to see more information.

Does your restoration damage my pictures
No , restoration does not damage the pictures we only take a high resolution scan of your original which will remain in its original condition. |
How long does it take to restore my pictures
Ideally we aim to dispatch all work within 10 working of receipts although this can take longer a busy times. |
What filesize do you need for digital photos
Digital image sizes ideally need to be at least 500k or greater.
As a guide, pictures with a file lower than this willl not normally be a good enough quality to use to produce a good enhanced photo.

How do you dispatch restored photos
We dispatch ALL photos using signed 1st class signed for delivery through the Royal Mail .
