Sending photos by post

You can send your photographs, negatives or slides (not in glass) by post for restoration to the address shown opposite.

You need to send your photographs in a padded envelope and include a printed copy of your order or include separately details of your order number and your name and address.

Please ensure you write the references from the ordering screen on the back of your pictures or on the envelope that contains your photo.

Returning your photos, negatives and artwork

All Photos, negatives, CD's, memory sticks and artwork sent to us by post for restoration will be returned to you.

If you are sending originals which cannot be replaced or are of high importance please make copies before sending.
Whilst we will make every effort to ensure the safe return Fotocal accepts no responsibility for loss or liability however this occurs for any originals sent including CD's, memory sticks, photos, negatives or artwork of any sort.
