Making A Purchase Copyright: If you send an image to FixPhotos you must own the copyright to that picture. The purchaser(s) and senders of pictures to our service will be liable for any costs whatsoever that arise out of the violation of the copyright or any associated actions that result from our reproducing pictures or photographs without copyright permission. This applies to any pictures that are sent to us for any of our services. We retain the right to reject any unsuitable images that in our opinion are unlawful or illegal which are submitted for any of our services. We will reject these directly without correspondence and refund any payments that already been made.
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our store, and select the photo service that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on 'Checkout' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to complete the order. (See how to order for full details.)
We accept Visa and MasterCard payment through the web site.
When you receive a confirmation of the order, this indicates that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us. We will indicate acceptance of your order, and hence a contract between us, when we send you an invoice. We have included this term to protect us in the case that a mistake has been made in pricing, we have inadvertently under-priced goods, or we are no longer able to supply a particular product for some reason. In the case of a change of price, we will always contact you first to ensure that the price is acceptable.
Fotocal reserves the right to reject any orders if in their opinion the restoration service selected by the customer is not the correct level of restoration that is required to restore the photograph. In this instance Fotocal will reject the order and will refund all monies paid by the customer including any postage incurred.

Guarantee All work is guaranteed to the highest standard. If you are not happy with the results simply return the work within 28 days with an explanation and we will provide a full refund including standard 1st class postage.
All work is sent at the customers risk and Fotocal or its employees do not accept liability for any photographs that are lost in the post either in transit to us or dispatched by us to our customers. All orders are however dispatched by Royal Mail signed for delivery. |

Returns Policy Full refund will be given if you are not satisfied with the quality of the work we produce. If you are not happy with the results simply return the calendar within 28 days with an explanation and we will provide a full refund including the cost of standard 2nd class postage.
